Saladworks Customer Care Review

Went to salad works in the cherry hill mall and had the worst service ever. The girl that made my salad rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had more pasta. The girl next to her was touching food without gloves on' disgusting

Charges extra for dressing on the side.

Terrible customer service at your Bridgewater mall in Bridgewater NJ. I and my co-workers come to this location pretty much every day for lunch or dinner. I alone spends $60-70 here a week. I had ordered my usual, dressing mixed in. I then asked this particular associate for an extra dressing on the side. He refused to give an extra dressing and tells me that it will be $1.00. for a dressing on the side. He must be joking! This particular associate,ALWAYS, is very rude, condescending, stuck-up thinks he's the manager. Me and my co-workers are very disappointed and disgusted by this service. I hope he gets the proper training he needs in this type of business. I will writing a comment on YELP about this. REFERENCE 623525****22 Check 532

Saladworks - Chicken Noodle Soup Review from Milton, Delaware

I live in Middletown Delaware since the Saladworks opened I have stopped in numerous times and after waiting in the slow line I find out no chicken noodle soup again time and time again. When people don't eat creamy based soups you loose business not everyone can tolerate rich based soups.Chicken noodle soup should be offered every day its a stable .I end up at Wawa every time instead waste of time going to check at Saladworks for the basic soup everyone loves.

On july 23,2016 I went to the saladworks located in foxrun (newark delaware) to buy (2)salads due to my allergies to egg products I always ask the staff to make my salads from the back because of the set up other foods are dropped in the spinach etc. The employee, serving me said her name was Key Seth informed me that she can no longer fix the salads from the back if i have food allergies she cannot serve me. I was appalled at the insensitivity shown and her lack of customer service. I am asking that you pleade change your policy everyone cant/dont eat all food products and due to how the staff prepare the salads you will always have other food products mixed into your salad plate. Please respond my email address is miracle9697@***.com. my name is. Ms. Pinckney Thanking you in advance for your cooperation in this matter

Saladworks in grand rapids mi....service was bad...the girl started making my salad and put olives on it...i said sorry i didnt want olives...she took them off with her hands...and it still had olives on it. She had an attitude while making it.

Overall, service was bad, salad was nasty, and the price was ridiculous for some lettuce and feta cheese. Will NERVER go again...not even for free food.

That was the manager she was fired (so glad)--she did not care or train anyone she would leave the store during lunch and argued with customers--and she lied to one lady about her name...she created chaos --and one liked workign for her... she worked banker hours --usually left us alone at night and weekends! I think the owner just canned her

VERY High Priced for what you get

I go (used to) to the store in Hamilton Square, NJ, and always order a make your own..They recently raised their prices, which were high to begin with, and I've noticed the last few times they have piled up on the vegetables, and are giving less protein (chicken, turkey or ham). This salad costs $12 now and I don't mind paying a higher price for quality, but this is a rip off...The last time I went, I said something to the salad maker and he basically told me that was all I was getting. Which is $12 for a salad that's not worth it..I'm going to Panera from now on...less expensive, and more protein....

Saladworks Customer Care Review from North Brunswick, New Jersey

Hello team, I am writing because I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service from your team! I have been a loyal customer for years and was very dissatisfied to learn that my recent points accumulated have been lost because of The implementation of your new "app". I generally provide the cashier my phone number to track/use points as I please. However today was informed by the staff at the North Brunswick, NJ location that i now needed to use an "app". The staff provided no help whatsoever nor explained what exactly happened to my accumulated points. I was rudely told to "download the app". I downloaded the app, entered my phone number and email expecting a smooth transition. But I guess i was being too optimistic. The registration process was clean, however things got held up when a registration asked for an invitation number. I politely asked the employee for assistance however the team really wasn't interested in assisting me. Instead they pushed my order to the side and began to talk of the next customer. Now frustrated, I asked for a manager. The manager attempted to look up my number on the cash register however I presume nothing happened on her end. She then told me that there was absolutely nothing that could be done. My irritation with the situation grew with the irresponsible treatment i was given. The team made it seem as if it was my problem that YOUR system changes. I am further saddened by the fact that i was at that very same location exactly one week ago and was asked if I wanted to use my points for a free salad. I turned down the offer seeing as i knew I would be back in a few days and would use it then. At no point did that employee advise that a new system would soon be implanted. I am extremely frustrated by my treatment today and a call of action is absolutely in order. I urgently ask that someone please get in contact with me to follow up on this situation This incident occurred at the North Brunswick, NJ location at roughly 8pm EstMy name is Francoise LeGrandmy number is 908884****Email: thefrenchgrand@***.com Françoise LeGrand

This incident happened at Saladworks on Rt. 33 in Hamilton Township, NJ

Original review May 14, 2016
I went to this establishment yesterday (5/13/16) and was VERY disappointed in the comments and customer service of the cashier. When my daughter and I finished our orders and I was ready to pay she asked my daughter who was playing on her phone, how old she was. Once my daughter told her she said "you do not need a cell phone!" I was baffled. When I said, "yes she does" the cashier stated "no! She doesn't! I thought this was so unprofessional and it made me and my daughter uncomfortable (this was in front of other customers). It was none of her business nor concern because she doesn't have to pay the bill and although, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, she could've kept hers to herself.

How difficult is it to roll a wrap??

Saladworks - How difficult is it to roll a wrap??
I am so tired of receiving wraps that look like Helen Keller made it... Clearly no one has spent any time with the high school aged employees to teach them how to do their job. Its just not that tough, tuck the sides in, begin rolling the contents while keeping as compact as possible. If I wanted to empty the contents into a bowl and eat it with a fork I would have ordered a salad. I'm done with Saladworks Hamilton, NJ

Difficulty ordering

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Today, I ordered a Thai salad and a Farm salad with two small soups. The guy taking my order had no idea what to do. He asked the lady sweeping the floors for help. She finally came over (I assume she was a manager of some type). After much delay, my take out was finally ready. When I went to pay, it took four times to get the order right. Finally, the order was paid for but the discount for ordering soup with a salad never appeared. I paid the increased price anyway. I like Salad Works, but I am not anxious to go through such an ordeal again (I've only sketched out the difficulties encountered). I have worked in the restaurant business for 40+ years, and I do not fault the trainee who was clueless. I do fault the manager who was reluctant to offer any real help. Meanwhile, customers were piling up unserved behind me. I have a receipt with the prices stated; however, I am not interested in a refund of a few dollars. I am concerned that your business will suffer if this situation continues. My daughter and I love Salad Works and would hate to see the Rehoboth store do poorly.

Dissappointed

Hello, I went into saladworks at 111 Jefferson Rd in Henrietta, NY yesterday at 5:55pm. make your own salad which totaled 9.71.I got to the register, the man marked my $50 Bill with his pen, everything was fine no color marks appeared. he stated he doesnt have change and asked if I had another payment. I replied no. he did not open his drawer to see if he had at least $41. I was very upset and hungry. the salad was already made and there was nothing he could do but just stare at me. So I left, this was my first time ever going to salad works. I'm highly disappointed in the customer service I received.

Complaint about salad

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered a ceasar salad and my salad had lots or crotons. I complained to a worker and asked for more salad and less crotons and actually showed him the amount of crotons my salad had. I requested chicken and a vegetable. The worker refused to give me more chicken after requesting both chicken and vegetables. He offered vegetables to substitute crotons but not chicken. I then requested to be refunded my money. This worker did not exercise good customer service and customer satisfaction in my opinion. The worker opted to return money and have a customer walk away dissatisfied customer. I will not return to this location, City Avenue in Philadelphia, PA.
